I had a unpleasant experience with Auto body and paints. Met with a minor accident on 8th March and got my car repaired only on 27th June.After getting claim number I booked my car with them and they didn’t contact with me at all, after 3 weeks when I went to their office and made inquiries about my car, the lady then informed me that my claim was still pending, I made few calls and got my claim sorted. Then they gave me a date to repair my car on 30th May. When it was time to repair my car, there was not even a reminder to bring my car but I still took the car and on that day when I took my car, they didn’t had the file for my car and still took my car in, after few hours they called me and said they ordered the wrong parts, took them more than 2 months to realise the mistake.Then I spoke to the manager and said the car ll be ready in a week but took them 4 weeks to repair. Missed several deadlines and every time I asked about my car, they gave me a different excuses.Today when my car is finally ready, they didn’t even inform me to collect my car.

Went in yesterday to start the process I was greeted by Michelle at the reception and she was the most helpful and understanding to my situation! She went about and beyond to help me! What a great customer service she gave me! Very friendly helpful and honestly genuine! So many businesses need a Michelle in this crazy world! Thank u so much! Highly recommend this business because of her and I’m sure my car will be taken care of when they start repair! Thank you Roxana Kiss

I will not recommend this business. The business totally this regards his customer. It’s took the business almost a week to assess the car. On the day that we been advised that the car is right off , we agreed with the admin stuff that we will come in a few hours to pick the stuff from the car . However when I arrived to pick up the stuff the car wasn’t there . The owner of the business Mathew Zapatista was extremely rude and unprofessional. His words was :” it not my problem , I’m not getting paid for you to pick up your personal belongings from your car “ !I have never received such a poor and rude customer service .

Have just experienced the best service at IQ AutoBody in Howe Street Osborne Park WA. Andy Waterhouse and his staff have exceeded my expectations, demonstrating a high level of attention to detail. Issues satisfied in a time bound fashion at a fair price. Thanks Andy for your excellent service. Its not everyday you see the business principle touch up polishing your car before collection.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to the management and staff at auto body and paint for turning an unpleasant experience into a very positive and memorable one for me.I was advised through my insurance company that my car was ready to be picked up, however when I showed up , the car was not ready, it was still being washed. I had to catch an uber back to work due to time constraints. I offered to come back the next day before business hours to pick up my car. The manager was very apologetic about the miscommunication and offered to have my car delivered to my home instead. In addition to this, the insurance company also reimbursed my uber cost for the inconvenience caused.I just want to say thank you to auto body and paint as well as Toyota for maintaining high standards of customer service in this instance. I would give you 10 stars if could. Thank you so much for making my life easier and fixing my car so beautifully. Keep up the great work .Best Regards ,Maria (aka Bella)

I went to Auto Body and Paint to get a quote for repairs which needed doing on my vehicle. One quote was to go under the insurance company and another small job to be quoted privately. When I took the vehicle down to get a quote the guy who I now know was the manager there was telling me to take my insurance company to AFCA and make them be liable for the damage instead of the 3rd party who damaged my car.I waited 3weeks for no quote to be sent through. When I called and chased it up the lady’s at the front desk said they had passed the message across to get a quote sent through. I called 8 times over a period of 5days to try and find out why I hadn’t received a quote yet. The lady said to me, the man “manager” said that my private quote was holding it up. I then said to her I will go somewhere else for the private job if that’s the case and to just do the insurers job through them. She said she will pass it on and shouldn’t be an issue.I called the very next morning to see if it had been sent off to the insurer and she said to me that she is embarrassed to tell me but the manager has refused to do the whole job completely due to you taking the private job elsewhere and not wanting to do the quote due to another provider already done one prior (H&M Smash Repairs, I was asked to get a second from the insurer). I told her that it very unprofessional to refuse a job after saying that the private quote was holding the whole process up and me not going ahead with the private quote. She said there is nothing they can do and she is very embarrassed about it and apologised.I think this is utterly poor service and will not recommend anyone to this company for jobs due to my own experience. There is many repairers out there who are willing to take the time and have your business.

Auto Body and Paint repainted my 1998 Toyota Landcruiser 100 series. The car now looks like new again. They are extremely professional and good value as well. Chris Maunick was really informative and helpful, sending me photos of the strip down and painting along the way. Highly recommend this business.

The service at Auto Body and Paint is outstanding. I selected their shop based on the google reviews and travelled an extra 20 km but it was well worth it. They had a waiting list at the time, which reflects their reputation and popularity. The communication was excellent and I was referred by them to Compass Rentals who provided an insurance covered rental whilst the repairs were being done. I was updated throughout the process. The repairs are amazing. Factory new with no evidence of a repair. Again, Their workmanship is outstanding. The front of house staff are excellent. A+++ service. Definitely recommended. Will use again if the need arises.
