ROBBERS !!!!I went in to get a simple consultation. They spent a total of 8 minutes working on my car and another 22 minutes walking back and forth looking for a tool. Completely disorganized. The mechanic couldn’t solve the problem himself and I had to assist him in the matter. Then as I went to the office they stated that I’d have to pay for 30 minutes labour completely disregarding the fact that I had just booked the future repair in with the company . The labour totaled to $68 for a total of 8 minutes of actually working on the car. Being very disappointed, I paid the charge and then cancelled the next appointment. Bad way of doing business and certainly won’t be returning.DON’T EVER GO TO THAT PLACE.

WAY overcharged for a simple job.Have spoken to SIX other mechanics and was quoted almost $400 LESS by all.Charged for 4 hours labour on a job that should take NO MORE than 2 hours MAX!.Feel very taken for a ride for being female - however i do know my car, and have vast mechanical experience backing me. Very unprofessional.Never to return- very unfairly out of pocket and now rather broke

Conroy is a pretty and friendly town - but far away from the big smoke of Brisbane. Who would have thought that there would be a motor engineer who could handle exotic cars just as well as the specialist mechanics?Graham Van Heemst (the proprietor) is friendly, professional, skilled and his prices are very reasonable. I can't compliment him highly enough. You can be assured of good old fashioned careful and competent service.

I was thoroughly impressed with the service at Cooroy Service Centre. Naomi, Graham and the team were incredibly helpful, they gave me honest and reasonable prices for replacing my windscreen and fixing my broken speaker, and went above and beyond to quickly source a second-hand speaker for my car to help me with costs. They were quick, efficient and friendly! I drove from Brisbane to get my car fixed in Cooroy as every windscreen replacement company I called in Brisbane refused to do it before Christmas and seriously overpriced the service. I will certainly be back with any car services at Cooroy because their customer service is unmatched! Thanks very much again team.
