So helpful. Getting frustrated with our dog’s dietary food deliveries. Went in today at Geelong and the young lady Chelsea was so helpful, helped solve our problem and offered a great after service. Such a change to have brilliant customer service.

A huge shout out to all of the staff for helping me look after my dog after some major orthopaedic surgery. I worry about him and they always have the time to call me back and offer solutions on how to manage his recovery.Nothing is too hard for them and I know they put in the hours and really care about him.

Booked in a time to come in, was made to wait well over an hour from agreed time, then moved to a waiting room where made to wait another 20 minutes. What's the point of making an appointment if you aren't ready to take me within nearly 2 hours.

What a collection of 'qualified' staff. MY PUPPY WAS LOCKED IN A CAGE when i sent her to puppy 'preschool' there. She was less than 3 months old. If she was not comfortable they shouldve called so i could get her.but no. They caused her TRAUMA. They caused so much distress she WILL NOT GO INSIDE the store. Experts? Care about your pets? Right!Paid 2 memberships last year. DO NOT PURCHASE WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY AND NO SERVICE!!!!! ZERO STARS I AM TAKING THIS COMPANY TO THE CONSUMER WATCHDOG

my new puppy is going to this vet and they are excellent, the 'complete care' package offered is really great and very useful also.Dr. Matt is brilliant and the nurses are angels. my 'new' puppy is now 5 months old and she has been treated with such love and care at this vet.
