Shan is a natural healer. She intuitively hones in on problem areas – working deeply into those tight sore muscles whilst being mindful of any skeletal and injury sites. As an “older person” who suffers multiple chronic issues, I am very wary of therapists and their claims. However; what I love about Shan are her post massage recommendations. Shan will provide you with individual stretches and exercises to strengthen areas to prevent further injuries and to promote healing. I can thoroughly vouch for Shan – she is truly a lovely caring soul.

Playing netball most of my life. My knees and lower back have suffered over the years restricting me from doing everyday movements. I finally took my first step and booked in with Shan @intunewellnessstudio at the Bellevue RdForresters Beach location and after the first visit I woke up with NO lower back or pinching on my sciatica nerve. I walked the park to see if my knee would buckle and it didn’t. During my consultation shan was teaching techniques on certain muscle groups which all made sense. After massage Shan showed me exercises to do and has given me not only movement in my body but an overall top to bottom assessment . Now I’m confident to train daily and with Shan’s support and knowledge I plan to get back to the gym and live the active life I’ve always wanted.

Shan is the most professional operator in the business. Her knowledge is thorough, her approach is artful and her manner is professional.She is a great mentor and friend.
