Classes at Balance Lane are amazing. The teachers are so friendly and helpful along with providing guidance on correct technique. No class has ever been the same, which I love!

Beautiful studio with plenty of parking!We work hard but the classes are fun and enjoyable! Large variety of equipment so we’re always doing something different and the music is great.Alex, the owner has created a beautiful space and community!

Absolutely love Balance Lane and the incredible community of women I have met! Everyone is so patient, welcoming and supportive of one another. It’s exactly what I needed getting back into my fitness journey after having two children! I always look so forward to my next class!

Love Balance Lane so much. The instructors and community are incredible and I highly recommend newbies to pilates or barre to try coming here. I go every morning during the week and mostly do classes with Taylor (she's amazing) but it's honestly changed my mental and physical health so much. Such a welcoming and positive space to exercise and have fun while you're doing it. Love the owner Alex as well, she's awesome!

I love EVERYTHING about this place! The teachers are soooo lovely and the workouts are always HARD but...... fun :D I was so scared to start Pilates/Yoga for the first time on my own, but everyone just makes you feel so comfortable! I have also made great friends along the way <3

Amazing Pilates and Yoga Studio, the instructors are all lovely, zen and very knowledgeable. I started Pilates at 24 weeks pregnant and with their help I was able to do it until 35 weeks pregnant as they will variate the exercises to my needs. Alex the owner, kindly put my membership on hold until I recover from my c-section and she even lend me equipment to keep at home for the last weeks of pregnancy. Now I love going to the Mums and Bubs Pilates class. Honestly Balance lane is the best that has happened to my fitness life as a new mum.

I have recently moved to the area and was eager to find a new yoga/pilates studio. I was immediately drawn to Balance Lane and their friendly, welcoming studio. Beautiful space with amazing classes which leave you feeling both challenged and rejuvenated every time. I have trialed many of the classes offered and have to say I have never left disappointed. The level of customer service is amazing and all teachers have a warm and inviting energy. Needless to say, I have signed up for weekly membership and couldn't be happier with my decision. Highly recommend! xo
