Sarah did my hair for an even she is very professional, we discussed what I wanted and turned out perfectly.

Always so happy to have my hair done at Urth. Sarah and Maddy are awesome. Super friendly environment, and always happy with the result for myself and my kids!

Sarah was amazing! A last minute book in and she welcomed me into her salon early in the morning with a contagious smile and I left the salon feeling like I knew her and the team. They’re all lovely and hilarious! Super happy with the haircut, she definitely knows what she is doing! I’ll be back for sure!!

My mum booked an appointment with Monique 2 weeks ago, they confirmed her appointment on Wednesday and today she drove an hour in the heat on her day off for her hair appointment and the salon was closed.The beautician working there called Monique and she answered with “I’m not coming in today.”Who actually does that? What kind of service is that? Absolutely disgusting.Ever since Sarah left, nobody cares at this salon. I would rate it 0 stars if I could.We were told Natasha takes care of the books, but unfortunately my mum was never contacted to say her appointment had been cancelled.Clearly they are both incapable and uneducated, next time, they should let their clients know when they decide to take a day off and close the salon on a Friday. If this is too hard for them, perhaps they can make themselves useful and clean the shop after hours and hire professional hairdressers.
