Small Builder, sent multiple emails to sales rep in the West of Melbourne, was promised quotes were on their way NEVER RECEIVED, tried to follow up with phone calls only to receive an SMS back saying CALL YOU BACK SOON, no one ever rang back. If not interested in work just be upfront so we don't waste each others time. VERY VERY POOR.

Appalling service. I have been waiting for fly screens for 5 months. I have been fobbed off on many occasions and no one will commit to resolving the issue. I could not recommend Stegbar in any manner whatsoever

After stop start due to Covid I’d like to thank Dallan for his help in seeing this job through and both Sam and Garth were very professional, knew their job , efficient and represented the company well particularly Garth who was fastidious in getting the job perfect . Great after sales service. Bought 2 windows from a third party and didn't have the keys for the locks.They posted them out free of charge.Just wonderful!

been dealing with Geelong store and has been a nighmare ,no communiation orders not correct ,would not recommend stegbar to any one,and reading past postings i am not the only person that has had issued with either your product or your staff ,so if so many people are unhappy what is stegbar doing about it ????????
