Honest review.1. Ilyas has been very lovely over the phone.2. From a subjective opinion, I believe IOD Legal must accept a mountain of work where they just maybe can't deliver. This is in relation to Claims related to Motor Insurance. So, this is the only space I can comment on.3. I don't know if IOD Legal has their own Personal Assistant for the Lawyers, but they NEED to get on top of responding to emails.4. They are good at answering calls. However, actioning emails or getting back to emails can be very slow.5. I can't say I've had a negative experience with IOD Legal from the comms. However, I much prefer the speed of LWS Lawyers or My Motor Claims (MMC). They are much more prompt and quicker in the Motor Insurance space.

I had Ilyas Duzen from IOD Legal and could not have been happier. He explained the court process and answered all of my questions and concerns. I would not hesitate to send any of my family and friends to his services.

Professional and solution focused, Ilyas was fantastic to deal with and resolved a problem motor vehicle claim for me.
