Supplied and fitted Remus catbac to my F32 420i M BMW. Supplier was a complete loser but the guys came through for me. The Beast now breath so much better and runs exceptionally well. Highly recommended

I brought my VW MK7 Golf R in because it wasn't running right. Simple things that other mechanics should've picked up on but didn't. The boy's at P&P were meticulous when going over my car. They found every fault and were amazing at communicating the problems with me. Because I was getting a stage 2 upgrade they fixed some faults whilst doing the upgrades and saved me money on labour. An example of their amazing service was when they were changing my clutch they noticed a seal wasn't right at the back of the engine. It would've lasted a little longer (another year) but they decided to just change it to save me labour costs and all the hassle down the road. When talking to Will he never tried to sell me anything that would be a waste of money. Everything he recommended had a purpose and had been tested by them. My car is running like brand new again, and the stage 2 upgrades have made the car so much fun to drive. Thank you for everything P&P I'll be back for sure.

After a frustrating experience with a dealer I came to Prestige and Performance for a DSG Clutch replacement on my Volkswagen.I was super impressed at the communication and explanations of the issues, plus them making an effort to save me money when it came to sourcing parts.After that I brought the car back for it's scheduled service and was again impressed with the friendliness. I've had a couple of unrelated electrical issues since (like a brake light going out the week my kid was going for his Ps test), and both times I've dropped back in and been sorted out on the spot.While I'm far from a regular customer, I'll always being the VW back here and tell anybody who asks. I'm a huge fan.

I had my rear brake pads and rotors replaced on my BMW M5. P&P are very professional, efficient and friendly.I priced this at the dealership and another independent and chose P&P based on reviews and their competitive price.They were even able to add the service to the electronic service log on the car.Highly recommended!!

I serviced my car couple times in their shop. Last time they advised upper timing cover gasket has oil leak and required repair immediately.But when i tried to get more details information they couldn't provide a good explanation. So I booked another service in Audi Center and clarified by Audi Center that there was no leaking at all. This is not the first time from my experience in their shop. They always tell you there are some problems with your car when you just doing normal service so they could earn extra dollar! I am considering of lodge complain to fair trading office .
