Ordered a Mother's Day Black Forest cake. Well, the chocolate cake was dry and there was only an ordinary moch cream between the layers. There wasn't any cherries at all apart from one on the top! I can now understand not buying anything from there in over 20 year's. Never again Not worth the money spent. Extremely disappointed

We have been buying cakes from here for years and never once have we been disappointed. Great too is you can divide a cake up in individual pieces then wrap up and freeze for ages. Always good value!

Horrible & rude woman on the phone as I called regarding an order I wanted to place. Never would support this business as there are plenty of more local bakeries that make nicer & fresher cakes anyways. So shocked at the way she spoke to a potential customer. Don’t give this rude shop your business. Extremely mean & rude that cranky lady. Defiantly not welcome to ever get my business again. Try New York Patisserie or Miranda’s Christopher Baker, or even try social media to find local talented bakers that make great cakes.

Seriously when you call up to order a smaller size birthday cake.... You get half a cake and no birthday message written... Terrible customer service. Who ever would bring half a cake to a birthday... Also was too late to take back and had to go elsewhere closer to get a real cake.. Pathetic. This was caringbah store.
