Love Hot Spot! I’ve been going to both Pilates and yoga for a while and the trainers are fantastic! Such a positive atmosphere. It’s great in winter - the hot room warms up you body very quickly!

I have been coming to Hotspot for a few months now, mostly to the HIIT / inferno hot pilates class. It is a really challenging work out but as a cardio and core strengthening work out it will do wonders for your overall physical fitness, body mechanics and toning. It would be hard to pick the best teacher as they are all very friendly, professional and happy to give and receive feedback at the end of the class. In terms of facilities, the hot room is perfect for the classes and well above other similar hot pilates / Bikram gyms I have tried. In addition it' all kept squeaky clean. So what are you wainting for? Give it a go:)

Excellent studio. Clean, well organised, the teacher interested in the students, giving tips on to improve postures. And very friendly. I think it's my new fou d studio!

Hot Spot Preston offers Inferno Hot Pilates classes that will guarantee to make you sweat, pump up your heart rate and start up the fat burning process while still low impact on your joints! The studio is a safe and supporting environment for all levels of students. All trainers are highly qualified and genuinely love what they do which almost makes you forget how hard you are working on your fitness!

Mayumi is incredibly skilled and experienced as an instructor, the location is great and easy to find, the entrance space and changing rooms are lovely and welcoming, however my only qualm with the space is the actual hot yoga room. The lighting and environmental is horrible. I felt like I was in detention. All the qualities of the space were negated for me because of how much I disliked being in that room.

The studio is light and welcoming. All staff are very professional and guide you through the practice you choose whether it is Brikram or Pilates. I have been a member to close to a year and enjoy every class. It is a real community spirit and the friendships you make along the way make coming to class more enjoyable. Highly recommend any one who is looking to develop a more healthier lifestyle

Beautiful new studio with great facilities. Welcoming and positive atmosphere. Both the Inferno Pilates and Bikram Yoga classes are perfect for mind and body wellness. I always walk out feeling stronger, energised and refreshed. Thank you for being close to home!

Brand new studio where you are made to feel welcome and part of a community. All the staff are very friendly & supportive. Love that you can try both Yoga & Hot Pilates. I definitely noticed the improvements in my mindset since starting the yoga, I feel calmer, more at peace, relaxed, stronger. Cant wait to get back in there & out of this cold weather!

This is definitely one of my favorite Yoga Studio on earth. The teachers are simply and sincerely AMAZING, they know perfectly what they are doing and you can notice a true commitment and a passionate actitud. Comparing with other places where I have been practising Bikram yoga, they would always try to help you improve. Always ... I love and respect the owner, she's a very strong person. I wish them all the best. This is the place where you have to go !!!!!
