Fix the soft serve machine!! Each time I’ve tried to buy a shake in the past few months they can’t make it because the machine is broken. Ridiculous.

Much prefer the Racecourse store. Owner is rude and abrupt, food is not usually nice, and if it is, then the owner has had to remake it for you atleast 3 or 4 times before it's nice, cannot recommend.

Ordered a thick shake, the girl serving had her hands all over my lid then dropped it onto the counter and bare hands all over it again placed the lid onto my drink then I happened to notice how dirty the benches looked think health department needs to be more vigorous in their inspections. I won't be going back .

Well there are lots of Covid rules outlined on a whiteboard at the entrance of the store which is good, but then the staff don't wear gloves!!!I was really grossed out when the person serving me pushed the straw into my shake with the bare palm of her hand so I waited until I got home so that I could use my own straw, and by then my drink was runny.Also no hello or goodbye from staff members despite my friendly greeting. Disappointing.

The lady that served us was super rude and snappy, got mad at us because she couldn't hear us. She speaks so rude. The bread of my hot dog was burnt, sauces was all over the bag and not on the hot dog itself. The prices are incorrect on the board so we got charged extra. Just not happy with this place and never am whenever I come in. She's never going to get regular customers come in happily with her attitude.
