I recently took my pup Max to Puptopia for a grooming session, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and clearly passionate about dogs. We took our puppy for her first groom here about two months ago, I dropped her off and asked if they could please feed her some dry food I had as she hadn’t eat breakfast, they didn’t. They didn’t ask me anything and just got her away. My fiancé went to pick her up and she was distressed and terrified and she stayed like that for the rest of the day, which surprised me as she is really good with the brush, as well as the tooth brush, she is also used to regular bath and air dryer, but anyway I thought it was okay. The cut really didn’t look great, I didn’t like it much. I took her today to another place and felt the difference, when my fiancé dropped her they asked him tons of questions and she looks gorgeous now, she was also super happy.
