Poor communication when booking appointments. Booked in Mon afternoon, got missed call in the morning but no text nothing just the missed call and number is mobile number which surely looks like scam numbers. Well, then confirmed last week that all the following Mon afternoon sessions but unfortunately public holiday. Got missed calls and msg but unable to secure any as I was too late to call back in 2 hours. Well, look forward to 1st session in 1months time after the intake. Looks like people are fighting for paying $200 for 50mins session. Not a good start. Booking system is such a let down.
