I had such high hopes for this new Coles. But every time I go (which is weekly) I never leave with what I came for because there’s never any stock! And it doesn’t matter which day I go. If it’s on special, expect there to be none left. And if you see a pack of Tofu, well you better grab it before it’s never to be seen again.Please order more stock. It’s getting ridiculous

Richmond Traders a safe secure and premium shopping centre where even the car parks are wider than normal. Excellent Pharmacy and food stores complement Coles perfectly.

I used to live in the area and went here out of convenience only but the store was average. I was in the area just recently and needed a few things so stopped by and it has drastically transformed. Very nice store now

I was really happy about having a Coles close by, but honestly the state of this store is pathetic. There is never stock of basic items.- from green onions to frozen berries there is always a high percentage of stock that is out in many sections. Management needs to regulate stock ordering.

The long wait is finally over! And glad to say it was well worth it. It’s spacious, aisles a wide and the shop is well thought out. Plenty of self serve checkout counters. Love the fact it’s open till midnight; the only one in the area that opens that late.The deli section looks top notch and the Asian and international aisle has plenty of options.

Very friendly staff and convenient but that’s it. Understocked and understaffed. Weight on self service is always faulty, half the registers are closed and not enough staff to tick off if the machine has a tantrum.

I think its the biggest supermarket in richmond/ abbotsford.....and it stays open till 12 midnight which is great. It got a good variety of almost everything you'd need.

Loads of space in this new store and it feels really modern. Worth visiting on a Sunday afternoon to beat the weekday crowds.
