All the lounges are so comfortable but colours and fabrics are very limited. A shame because I would've purchased a lounge for sure but didn't like the small selection of colours

If not all your delivery arrives no one can actually help at the store, the customer service operators have no idea about the products, nor an ability to give any clarity as to time frames for couriers, even when you are prepared to wait to find out. Would not recommend purely based on the lack of on after sales care.

I’ve shopped through the James Lane Tuggerah store on a number of occasions, the showroom is beautiful, Debra and Diane are so helpful, from the start of the process all the way through to delivery. Customer service is awesome! Definitely recommend and will buy through these ladies again.
