I have to say that I was a little concerned, as there were a couple of bad reviews about these guys... however, after ringing around a few companies that were all too busy to help, I finally rang and spoke to Adam... who was incredibly helpful, polite and accomodating. As a single mum, being without my washing machine was a big concern, and he went out of his way to fit me in the same day as my phone call.Very reasonable pricing and the service guy Josh was great... courteous, friendly, professional and quick! Extremely glad that I rang this company, and very happy to recommend them to anyone. Many thanks guys, I'll be using you again, but hopefully not too soon ;) Clare. S

Told me there was no chance he could do a call out.. even though I live in the same street. Told me to bring it in and he would get to it when he could. A week later I rang to find he had ordered the part and expected it to be fixed within 5 days. Two weeks later I rang again. He said he couldn’t get the part for possible up to two months.. and then washing machine repairs come first. When I expressed shock at this his answer was “ I can’t lose sleep over this”. So I went on to the Westinghouse website. Part arrived express the next day and was fitted and working in 15 minutes. Terrible customer service and clearly If I could get the part then he should have been able to. As well the part was $150 retail.. . the repair took 15 minutes( and that was from someone with no experience). His quote was $345 of which I paid $45 in advance with no refund.Never again..

The lady that takes your call is rude at best, they didn’t show for the appointment. When I called them they said ‘well you can’t have an appointment time we don’t make appointments.’ Then they randomly turned up 30 mins later. The guy that came out was nice but then when I went to use the dryer the next day it didn’t work. Called them back and was told it must be a new issue and would have to pay again! Forget it!! I called the actual brand repairer, who turned up and said ‘the other guy can’t have known much about dryers, he hasn’t turned the safety switch back on, which is why it isn’t working’. Would never use them again.

Outstanding service. An early start here in Byron Bay had the job done in great time with efficiency and clear product knowledge (20 years plus) making my job a cruise. Well done! I highly recommend this company's services for all the big name brands.

My washing machine broke down, just after warranty expired.Told Adam (at this business) what had happened.He got a quote for me on the parts needed.Unfortunately, my machine's company would not sell the individual part I needed.Adam had a look at it & got me a very similar part & it only cost me half as much.A $100 saving for me.He is so helpful, friendly & caring, I would recommend this business 100%.Good old fashioned service, from a modern young man.Well done Adam.

The seal on my LG front loader recently broke and flooded our apartment. I called LG to find I was just outside my warranty and they recommended these guys. I looked into a few suppliers to compare quotes and when I called Adam and he quoted me on the spot for a fair price and also had the parts on hand and was available to repair within 2 business days (most places needed to order in parts, or couldn't come out to service for 2 week and time is of the essence when you're down a washing machine). Adam was professional, friendly and quick on the the job and even discounted the price off the original quote because of his own efficiency in taking less time. Highly recommend for service, speed, knowledge and customer service.

Adam repaired my washing straight away. Knew which part to bring and was very friendly. Very nice man. Highly recommend.

Rude and passive aggressive. Whilst I don't doubt there is a wealth of knowledge in this business, Adams customer service is absolutely shocking. Over 5 calls to this business, not once can I say the call was handled professionally.The repair man Josh was friendly and efficient.From family with small children and no washing machine for 2 weeks, I am extremely disappointed with the way Tweed Head Appliance Parts & Repairs conducted themselves. I would not recommend them to anyone.
