WHAT AN AMAZING SERVICE! What wonderful follow up Shaun from Offgrid Division has given us for our stand-alone solar system. Even though we live 3 ½ hours from Brisbane, Shaun monitors our system closely.Shaun designed our system, considering all aspects of our electricity needs. He gave a quote and he kept to that quote. He used the best equipment he could find at the time. The system is way beyond our expectation. It has given us such freedom. We run everything we had planned to run plus lots more! No more heartache over power bills. No more reservations about should we use the electricity.Shaun was very professional in everything he did. His work ethics are great. Shaun installed a full off-grid system, including backup generator during the course of our build this year. He worked closely with our builder, ensuring that power requirements were met as the build progressed. The system was installed in stages, starting with the generator, for the initial stage of the build. Then, when the shed was constructed, some of the panels could be installed, together with the rest of the system components. Finally, when the house roof was completed, the rest of the solar panels were installed. The system is fully integrated, with the batteries kicking in as soon as there is no solar feed-in and the back-up generator is set to kick in as soon as the batteries reach a set level - e.g. 20% (- which would be mainly in extreme cases, as we've not gone below 70% battery capacity yet).Shaun was very responsive, helpful and professional throughout the process. We are very happy with the quality of the system and it is performing even better than expected. I cannot recommend Shaun highly enough to anyone considering an off-grid system.

We looked to install rooftop solar with battery backup and were recommended to contact Shaun by another tradie.Shaun took the time to understand our needs and incorporated our existing fail over generator and fire pump shutdown into the design.Being a new product with a complicated set of interconnecting components there were a few minor issues and subsequent software upgrades. Shaun's support throughout was exemplary.I would highly recommend Shaun for all phases of a solar project from design, implementation and any ongoing support if it was required.

All Brisbane Electrical installed an on-grid hybrid solar system for us using 2 x Redflow Z-cell batteries and Victron inverters. Many thanks Shaun for a really professional installation and great service!
