TL Panel Works

We have used T&L for numerous reasons both insurance and non insurance. Every time they have been patient, considerate and explain things really well. The quality of their work is good enough for my husband to allow them to refurbish his beloved 80 Series Landcruiser!

These guys went above and beyond in to fix my car in just a couple of days and dealt with my insurance company who were making things harder than necessary.A local business who really care about their customers. Can’t thank them enough for being the only company I’ve used for car repairs in Darwin who made the process so stress free and got the job done!

On Monday and Tuesday of this week, TL panel works was repairing my car. They provided me with a courtesy car for the two days and I could not fault their service. O found the work on the car to be excellent, they were very good in explaining what needed to be done and exactly how long the job would take. Their care of me as a customer was terrific. Highly recommend TL Panel to anyone who needs work done.

From when I drove my car in for the initial quote… To the time I picked up the car having had it repaired, I was treated with genuine kindness and respect. TL Panel Works provides excellent service and the quality of their workmanship is outstanding. I have had two cars repaired there recently and could not find fault with anything they did. They are also reasonably priced for private repairs.

Very friendly service manager Tech is awesome and very easy to deal with, I had some panel work done on rear quarter panel on my 150 series Prado, work done looks like brand new again. I had a couple of paint chips that I pointed out to the Manager and asked how much extra to get them touched up he said no worries I’ll fix them for you at no extra cost. On top of that when I arrived to pick the vehicle I asked how I would go about fixing the slightly sun damaged head light covers he said that’s easy I’ll get my guy on it now. I said my wife’s car that we arrived in has pretty bad sun damaged head light covers as well and offered to pay to get them buffed and polished to restore them, he refused to take any extra payment and restored to near new in under ten minutes. My wife was really happy with how they turned out and I was extremely happy that he restored both vehicles head light covers free of charge. I don’t ever leave reviews for anything but these guys definitely went over and beyond would highly recommend TL Panel Works to everyone.

Work was done in March so a late review but better late than never! Service was excellent; they were friendly, patient and efficient. Had to order in some parts in but it was all done within a few weeks and they even comped me a minor paint job.

Really happy with the services provided. Very high quality work at a great price. Highly recommenced this company.
