I am very unhappy with the experience I faced in the Casuarina store. I went to lower my ring size that was purchased recently. The staff made me wait an hour while they were just busy selling for new customers. I do not know why this happens when they can’t give priority to the old customers as well who is coming there for certain service to fix their recent purchase. I am never going to buy from here again and do not recommend my friends as well!!

Yesterday 12/08/22 went into Michael Hill casuarina to look for a 21st bday gift for myself. Wanted to try on this beautiful bracelet and one of the staff members seems to have an issue for me to try it on. She kept on saying you better not run away with this or I will chase you down like are you bloody serious rather spend my money elsewhere. The worest customer service I have ever experienced extremely not happy very disappointed that I couldn't buy something nice for myself.
