Ivan was recommended to me by a friend and he was just great. My tax was a bit more complicated this financial year due to taxation changes for my ex military circumstances. He has really good communication skills and is only too happy to explain things in detail at a level which you can understand. Any time I was confused, he would use simple examples to get down to my level of understanding and didnt give up until he was sure I got it. He takes the time to listen to you, you really feel like he cares that he is helping you which is a breath of fresh air I must say.
