Visited the team with intentions of buying a new turntable and was met with a wealth of experience which helped me build an all-inclusive system based on my needs and budget. Very easy to deal with and spent the time to explain how the different components worked and integrated with each other. Assistance with set-up in the shop meant I could essentially plug and play once home. Highly rec!

Look, I don't generally like providing feedback on products I purchase, but these guys a truly worthy of the highest praise. Tony, Nick, Greg and the team in Mascot are super knowledgeable and really helpful when it comes to providing advice on audio, especially for a novice like me. I contemplated purchasing my turntable on the net but I decided to pop into their store for a chat. Super glad that I did as they not only provided advice, but they also helped professionally set up the equipment I purchased. Something you just don't get when purchasing on the internet.
