Diggermate Mini Excavator Hire Helensvale

I have been using diggermate for the past couple years and have not been let down once. Even when I have given late notice, Mick has bent over backwards to help me out. Great customer service, easy and relaxed setup. Very happy to recommend.

I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Josh was excellent. Great advice on shaping my sloping back yard. When it came to the day of doing the job it was done professionally and efficiently. We have hired a micro excavator and a mini bobcat off Matt and he was extremely helpful with picking up and dropping off the machines and offering great advise.He showed us how to use the equipment and with not using these machines before he made sure we knew what we were doing before we left.Any issues we had he was always available to answer any questions we had and even ended up stopping by and helping us with our job.The level of effort that Matt went to to make sure we were happy and satisfied with our hire was huge and is not offered by anyone these days.We would not recommend anyone else when it comes to dry or wet hire. Matt is not only very professional and great on the machines but he is a top bloke.I will be recommending Matt and Diggermate to anyone that needs work done in the future!!

customer service was amazing! it was a bit rainy the day that I required my digger, the guys called me and we arranged a new time to drop off the digger. it was dropped off with a friendly smile, I was given tuition and off I went, then picked up the same day. I can't recommend these guys enough and I will definitely be using these guys again.

Diggermate Helensvale have been great to deal with and reasonable prices. I have dry hired both the Bobcat and Dingo, the equipment is modern and maintained. John has just been pleasant and flexible making the whole experience stress free. Highly recommend them.

Tried to contact them via website, in my message I commented that I would really like someone to contact me as I had been let down by so many people......no on has contacted me although I get emails to say how good it is to buy a franchise......so not really impressed
