I was very impressed with Peter's work, knowledge and customer service. He is passionate about his work, took his time in explaining and identifying the underlying problem with my laptop, and repaired it perfectly, he also spent time teaching me how to prevent issue reoccurring and added some additional software to keep the laptop healthy. I highly recommended him, very affordable.

Incredibly rude and impatient over the phone, kept interrupting me and trying to control the conversation while I was explaining my issue. I did rudely hang up on them, but I was exausted by how controlling they were being and had to tap out. Maybe a fantastic technician, but a terrible communicator.

What a pleasure it was to deal with Peter. Peter is the first computer expert who has made the time to explain to a person of my age who has not grown up with computers simple directions and questions so as to solve my issue. He took my job on the same day I phoned and had it finished within a couple of hours. Great job, it is now three days since his repair and my laptop is fantastic.
