Pizzas were okay, but pricey for the quality. But staff were incredibly rude. I won't be going back here again.

Bundaberg store, second time ordering delivery recently... first time they took money from my account but never delivered the pizzas! It was a battle of constantly being told it is 'being looked into'... and never hearing back. Thank god for paypal who refunded me after over a month of trying to get pizzahut to do something! This time, the pizzas did eventually arrive half an hour late. Tracking was not working, or not updated, and the ridiculous thing is that it is impossible to contact the store! They just do not answer! So i had no idea if we were getting pizza or not! When we did, they were old and soggy. So i suspect they were just sitting at the store for that half hour. Done with pizza hut. It is just not good enough considering the prices they charge.

This is the second time I have tried Pizza Hut as opposed to Dominoes each time I have ordered Wings the Wings I am given are not for people that don't like spice. I have eaten 2 and my mouth is burning. P.s I like a little spice or some curry but this defiantly has made me order a second lot of food from dominoes because I know when I order the ranch sauce I know at least it is good. Though the pizza that was ordered was good I still need them wings.

Order online and pick up on time and the pizza and wings are fresh and crunchy. Don't order delivery pizza arrives cold and soggy

Ordered home delivery. Speedy delivery but that's where good turns into poor customer service.The medium sized pizza was smaller than the standard. Store manager argued the point that it was a medium size. I've purchased plenty of medium sized pizzas over the years.I asked for a refund, store manager refused.After 15 mins he finally gave in and did refund the full amount.Poorer than poor customer service.Will not be using pizza hut ever again.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Waited nearly 3 hours for my order. When it came it wasn't even my order. When I spoke to the manager" he questioned multiple times that I had received the order and did not want to offer any recompense until I asked... 10% voucher

Very busy little Pizza Hut. Staff friendly. The pizza's were just ok. Topping not all the way to the edge and a little on the skimmpy side but still tasted nice.
