Staff are fantastic from first call to delivery the container is smaller than first thought in comparison to a 20ft shipping container!The hire fee is high compared to the box size.

I couldn't recommend gobox more highly. The staff are really experienced & friendly, from the first contact they were professional & efficient. The box arrived on time with a friendly driver & was really clean & ready to load. They managed to place the box in a tight spot for me which was unexpected, the technology is fantastic. I recommend this service to many of my clients & my own experience was spot on.

What a easy process ordering our Gobox from the Receptionist to the delivery, they kept in contact with when the delivery was on its way & also phoned you to advise how far away fro being at your house. Plenty of storage space as well, & very clean, it's the second time I've used Gobox & very impressed with their professional team & cost.

Allie in the office is very competent and lovely to speak too, she made the decision making easy. Matt delivered the pod with ease, placed it in the drive way and when it was full Go Box delivered the pod to my new home. No fuss, no bother. Such a great service.. took away the stress of moving…. Excellent customer service started in the office with Leigh. Leigh has exceptional communication skills and kept me informed throughout the whole process.. and the great service continued with Matt who delivered my box, making sure I was happy with where the box was positioned. The Go Box concept is brilliant. Makes life so much easier rather than rushing to be ready for removalists. Do it at your own pace, have it dropped at your new home or placed in storage until you’re ready for it. Great service by the Go Box team also. Well done guys. Keep up the good work.
