Absolutely hopeless. Ordered a jacket for a trip 3 in 3 weeks. They didn’t have the size in store so rang a Sydney store to have one sent down. Had to pay for it with a promise of a refund if it didn’t fit. Warned me it could take up to a week to come to Canberra. After 8 days rang to check. Said it was now coming from Victoria and they woul call me the next day to tell me when it will arrive. No one did. Called after 15 days and was told they had completely lost any record of my order. Shambolic.

Brilliant customer service, knowledgeable, helpful and patient staff. Took me quite a while to make a decision but thanks to Justin's advice I ended up with the appropriate jacket and pants. I know the gear was right as I took an hour ride to test for comfort when I got home. Will definitely make this my store of choice for all my motorcycle apparel needs.Thanks Justin.

She was expertly knowledgeable, more than happy to answer questions and take her time with not just me but other customers i saw her with.Leo, and nathan (i think) are other notable mentions here. Big store lots of stock but couldn't find a suitable boot.Staff helpful but If not in stock little they can do.Free parking out front.Not the easiest place to find (GPS does).

Awesome experience at AMX Canberra. I'm from Tassie and half way through a 10 week mainland trip suffered a visor malfunction with my helmet. Bit of a safety issue to say the least. I went to the AMX Superstore in Canberra and was served by Alex. Best customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. Alex went well beyond anything I have experienced to help me out and solve my problem. Great service and I was deeply grateful for his efforts. It's a shame there aren't more people like Alex around.
