Even Though we moved to Albion Park more than 4 years ago we still buy our meats from Dave and the team.Great Service and the quality is unsurpassed.we have tried to shop locally in our new region, but just can't get the quality that we are used to - spoilt by Stapos

My go to butcher in the Shire for thinly sliced American-style bacon, roasts and pork ribs.. amongst other things.

My Mum bought our family a $200 box of meat as a thank you for having her to stay (we should have been thanking her for babysitting!) the quantity and variety of what was in there was 10/10!Scotch fillet and T-bones were out of this world for tenderness and flavourSausages (shout out to Italian and country flavours!) are an all round hit even for our 16mth old.Mince is good quality with great flavour, spag bol wasn’t nearly as oily as when made with similar priced but higher fat content mince we use to purchase from the supermarket.Tonight we’re trying the lamb koftas, I have no doubt they’ll hit the spot too!We live in the north shore, so Gymea is a drive, however doing a big shop, knowing we’re supporting a long running family business who in turn supports our AUSTRALIAN farmers is well worth the drive.I’m just grateful we have a chest freezer to store it all!Keep going Stapletons, may you continue to provide such great produce and service!!

Just went in there to ask about doing an order and was treated so rudely .I had heard good things about them but Gymea do not have good customer service

this is our fave butcher in the Sutherland Shire - always superb quality, awesome customer service, only place we buy our meat and special occasion orders. Another Christmas order placed on the phone today and its always a pleasure.

Best butcher by far in the shire. The staff are friendly and the meats are the best. Everything is so nice. This is the only by butcher you will need. Do try the Christmas hams.

Beautiful produce, and super-dooper staff! The fresh meat pies are scrumptious, and if re-heated slowly, the pastry is perfect! Yummy rissoles, and a wonderful selection of meat and snags to choose from.

Apart from absolutely top quality cuts of meat and reasonable prices, the service is phenomenal. Genuinely friendly and always jovial.
