We visited today with our grandson who is Tesla obsessed. The awesome salesman Nick was so friendly and helpful. He's an absolute legend and was amazing to talk to. I'd recommend looking him up if you're visiting Tesla in Southport. Thank you Nick, you made one little boys day super special.

Despite not needing much at all in the way of service after 2 years of Model 3 ownership, it's reassuring to know this new service centre is closer than the Brisbane one was. With any luck, the next time I need help from the friendly and helpful team there, my car will drive me there while I sit conformably with my thoughts, paying attention to the road only the legally minimum amount of time. At this point it's unclear whether my brand loyalty translates into furthering the mission to procreate in space and on Mars, or for simply boosting the price of Dogecoin. I can't agree with everything the CEO says or does because let's be honest - he's a bit of an oddball - but you have to admit the company makes a great car.

Great service from the team at Tesla from first test-drive to delivery. Sasha from Southport was our salesman and was very helpful. The showroom currently has a model 3 and Y on display. Overall very impressed with our purchase of the model 3!

Amazing service and staff, special thanks to the team who were friendly and helpful.The Tesla showroom is like the Tesla car - very minimalistic. There are cars to sit in and experiment in.The lounge room has bathrooms and a water station, however is a step down from other show rooms that provide tea, coffee and soft drinks, and muffins and cookies.There are few different service tables around the showroom to chat to the staff.There are plenty of car parks as well as a charger that can be used after hours.There was a basic tutorial and test drive. Paper work was conducted easily and quickly with the app set up.Pickup experience: had an appointment for 1:30pm however was asked to come 15 minutes early. The whole process took an hour which included changing number plates and signing papers.

Very professional team at the Southport office. Gave us all the information we needed when looking at the Tesla Model 3. Even the follow up messages and emails were very professional.

**worst service ever**Car has paint issues on the body of car. This issue was also addressed on the day of delivery and when I left my car for service . Tesla person advised me that they will fix it by taking the car to body shop. Nothing has happened I can still see all the swirls throughout the body of the car. There are also defects on the body of the car which can be noticed.I got advised that the car has been detailed but when I got the car, it had mud throughout the body of the carRange issue is still there and has not been resolved. Car was kept in the Tesla service centre for testing from 16/07/2021 to 23/07/2021 but no service report was provided regarding what was done with the car. Car still only doing low 300km’s which is again concerning and no update is provided to me regarding why the car is only doing 300km’s and what troubleshooting or tests were performed while the car was physically in service centre for a week.**Not recommended**

The team at Gold Coast Tesla do their best to help. There’s room to improve in terms of company culture that leads to less than ideal customer service sometimes when things don’t go to plan, but I can’t lay fault or blame to those on the ground - that’s why they get 5 stars. The org culture gets closer to 3 stars for customer service but my feeling is that’s a top down issue. Thanks to Nick and his team for looking after me when things didn’t go exactly to plan picking up an ex demo purchase - they went above and beyond to make it right.

I cannot offer any more stars as I was only just called in there for information about my car. I did not buy my car from there. I got it from mount Gravatt but they were very helpful for what I was looking for the showroom looks very interesting if you're interested in buying a new car
