I found the team at Natrad to be knowledgeable, friendly and passionate about cars. Brett is so welcoming; he was thorough in communicating clearly the issues, the cost, and the timing for the day. Bronte was lovely and really helpful on the phone. And Dave, the country music-loving mechanic, was patient in explaining my car’s issues and how they can be fixed. They genuinely love and understand cars and that was greatly felt and appreciated today. I can’t recommend them enough. If you need a car service or have a query go to Natrad.

Amazing service, super perfessional & polite, they really care about their customers.After I got my pink slip from them for a super great price, I drove to Shellharbour and my tire went flat, I called them up right away, and they got one of their guys to drive over to me, and put on my spare tire then he filled my tires with air. Honestly I'm super grateful for how much they helped, I have never experienced such good service before in my life.I highly recommend Natrad AutoCare as they really do care.

Would like to express my gratitude to Brett and the guys for a wonderful job on my Nissan Pathfinder.I had some overheating issues and they put a new radiator and thermostat in.Just towed the van down the coast and the needle didn't move from perfect temp.Thanks guys would recommend you to anyone who needs work done.

Went into Natrad for a quick check. The guys told me my car was unsafe to drive and I needed a fix. I was dropped home to my doorstep by them so that I didn't need to walk home by myself. Fantastic customer service. The guys there went above and beyond to have my car fixed as fast as they could.

ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC. Got my car cooling system fixed from these people and when i get my car back, it has more problems with it. they had touched the coil packs and left them un-done. Lucky i had the car booked into another mechanic where they could diagnose the problem and there was no problem. DISAPPOINTING
