Pharmacist was lovely, I had to rush in at 7:43pm last night to get some Bepanthen (with a label added for daycare), the Pharmacist did this without question. The older staff member however could not rush me out the door quick enough! When I walked in, they were wheeling the outside products in and I was glared at as if to imply we are closing don't come in". She practically snatched the product from the pharmacist once she had completed the label

The staff at this chemist would have to be some of the rudest people I have ever dealt with! They do not let you even finish your sentence before talking over you. Their customer service does not exist.I had a missing parcel sent to this chemist in error and when talking to them they were more concerned with missing out on their lunch break than to help. I asked them to call me back and they said they wouldn’t and that I would have to call them back because they wanted their break.

Regardless of other reviews , the older staff member is a well know lady that is practically an institution at this chemist & very well liked by regular customers and new customers alike. Perhaps after 12hrs at work,as they are open 8am-8pm, staff are a little tired & on an occasion seem to a be in moods as described in previous reviews, but this comes as a surprise to me. I actually find the opposite and would say given more than one visit , the older staff member , in particular, has a style that grows on you . Shes the go to " person when it comes to everything and anything in the shop !!"

Great little chemist. Have been coming for over two years and prescriptions are consistently cheaper by far than any other chemist. Always open when you have forgotten something. Regina is a great character - always helpful in her own way. There are several chemists we could go to but will go out of our way to have take our business there.

Awesome pharmacy. Great staff. Good hours. Great range of whatever you may need. Chemists are great. Reg is particularly fantastic and shows a keen interest in all her customers needs and really takes the time to get to know everyone. I honestly think anyone who has anything bad to add in a comment about the staff here must have had a really bad day because I couldn't find fault here if I tried. Like I said, awesome pharmacy.... awesome people... I live about 17kms away and still prefer to use this pharmacy as my 'local'.
