If I could give no stars I would been there once and will never go back, asked for a straight forward hair cut but he just couldn't get it right.

Arrived at 5.19pm they advertise they're open until 5.30. The barber told me he would be there until 6ish if he done another cut and he'd been there all day. I apologized for arriving so late but there was an incident on the trainline that prevented me getting there earlier. I told the barber I was going away tomorrow and really needed it cut (I get if cut here every 10 to 14 days) he couldn't care less he said he had been there all day. The place must be making serious money to be turning away customers. They'll never get another cent from me! Rotten customer service.
