Worst company very unprofessional people working for them that don’t know what’s going on, I have had 3 violations on my interlock that weren’t my fault (1 being infront if my auto elec whilst reseting the 1 on there) and yet they say I have to pay for the resets, rang up 9 times in the past week to sort it and still no1 can tell me what is wrong, I have interlocks on 2 vehicles they have put the wrong license plates with wrong vehicles (bike plate on car and car plate on bike) and now trying to say my service is a month earlier then what it is DEFINITELY ADVISE TO GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY

Not sure why the previous critics decided to give such a low score regarding Draegar products. I did some thorough research and this world leading company come out in front for its accuracy in breath analysis instruments. The staff were helpful with a good knowledge of their products. Don’t waste your money buying cheap Chinese knock offs, they are not reliably accurate. Spend the money and you’ll keep your licence.

Things they don't tell you. If your car breaks down, your mechanic has to send a letter to drager with their ABN to recieve a code that lasts four hours and costs $50 each time. If you accidently get a violation, because of a fault with your car that's $50 and you have to get to the mechanic in one trip, you can't turn your car off. So, god forbid you have low petrol. Theu are money grabbers who take advantage of peoples misfortune!

Would give a zero if I could. A family member has an interlock device fitted on a car registered in my name. I understand it's fitted to reform driver behaviour & have no problem with that at all. What I can't accept is that we've had two faulty handsets replaced by the dealer in just over 12 months at extra cost to us. The device records violations that occur through inability to blow into the device correctly not ONLY when alcohol is recorded. Neither my husband or I drink at all yet recently when he failed to activate the device properly the vehicle recorded a violation with a 7 day limit to get to a dealer to review. Our nearest service centre is 200km away. This is where we take the vehicle for calibration & to review each violation. This all costs money & it's inconvenient for a device that's so unreliable. So now our dealer is away from his business & the vehicle will not start at all. We are down a vehicle in our rural business & after a $6K repair bill to a 2016 Ranger with the device fitted I questioni these Draegar devices are detrimental to the running of our vehicle too. We can't start the vehicle to take it anywhere. So what are we supposed to do next? The only thing that's reliable about a Draegar interlock device is the regular income to Draegar & their service providers. Please don't reply with a sarcastic comment as we're well aware of the reason the device was fitted in the first place & I've no problem with reforming drink driving behaviour - just a problem with the rubbish devices they use without proper support in rural areas.

they are very sick people they take money off people that have nothing so they have to go without. And the device malfunctions all the timeAnd 10 months later and still the same treatment
