The shop is small and don't have all the products the larger ones have if they do they have run out or not been replaced. The other thing they just discontinue items, when you ask no one knows. The staff is friendly but need to be kept informed.

Aldi store will check your bag with no reason for suspicion. It's unnecessary and disrespectful. My understanding is those who support aldi are of those kinds so is it's staffs. Aldi is cheap in every sense - pay Counter staff sits where customer standing - thumps down to aldi. So never step in.

Unreasonably checking peoples bags. I was denied a SERVICE based on the fact they didn’t get check another persons bag. Literally so pathetic. Kyle - the store manager was his name. Lanky white man that doesn’t respect customers and refuses to provide a service

I was chased by a staff to show my bag as her reason was that she saw me for the first time. I completely comprend the rule and regulations that is why before being asked I use to show my bag to the cashier but @ 18 December 2022 14:10 I was chased by that lady and it made me so shocked.

Majority of staff are friendly. The worker Kyle was very helpful and took the time to help me even though he looked very busy. We’ll presented store and over service was good.
