Great Customer Service, I had some concerns about having an uneven floor surface before I placed an order. I received some good advice on how to plane the floor baton from their customer support team, but they even 1upped their service by already doing this for me when I received my order.

I had the best customer service I've received in a long time from wardrobes direct. Matt was quick to respond on recommendations for my particular size wardrobe and delivery queries and Peter was so friendly when he delivered the doors to my home. I absolutely love them, the wheels are so smooth and it's opened up our bedroom. Would definately purchase these again.

Easy online ordering system. Communication could be better though, we weren't informed when the doors were being delivered as the email said we would be. An incorrect order was delivered, although promptly replaced, luckily we were home at the time of delivery to swap the doors as we weren't notified they were coming. Good quality product and easy to follow online instruction guides on their website.

5 stars for the wardrobe and the company , very nice and easy to deal with .I would put 3 stars for the delivery as I wrote in the delivery instruction to call me 30 minutes before arrival and send an email on top of that saying the same thing and explained why . The delivery guy called me when he was there I told him I would be there in 15 minutes and he said I have a busy day I can't wait .. "maybe he should read the delivery instructions next time"
