Very bad costumer service! I did my tax return with Neha. Cause I don’t stay in Australia I had to do my tax return from overseas with them. The reply rate is very poor. I had to text many times via email and call them to get any response. Even she said that she gonna call or text me, nothing happened. After a process time of over one year I still don’t have any tax refund. I wouldn’t recommend this tax office in Newtown.

These guys do an easy standard tax return. They always have appointments and make it clear and easy and are friendly. Perhaps some people would prefer to go somewhere a bit dodgy, and these guys are by the book, but it works for me!

Chee Suam made my experience so smooth, easy, and even slightly fun! I have dreaded doing my taxes my entire life and loathed going in to see an accountant but Chee worked through my taxes with me quickly. I would recommend him for anyone.

My experience was not good.I had been advised before my appointment that H&R Block could back date my long service.At the day of the appointment they informed me it may not be possible.I was charged $50 for no results.Not happy
