I had Maverick roller shutters installed in 2014 which have always worked perfectly. I contacted Maverick recently because I wanted to know if the three red slats that I had on my shutters could be replaced with white as I was in the process of updating the front area of my home. I was concerned that there would be a noticable difference between the new & the old slats. I am happy to say that the old slats haven't changed colour at all during the last 8 years & look just like the new ones. Thank you very much Damien, Kerrie & Marty,

I am disappointed in the after sales service of Maverick Roller Products.I had roller doors installed in my shop 3 and half years ago and last week one of the doors came of its hinges and crashed to the ground. This is clearly a problem with the installation as this should never happen. Even Maverick when contacted said they had not heard of this happening - yet it did to me. While I understand the 12 month warranty on the product, my issue is not with this product but rather with the installation as this is clearly an issue with the installation.. When I contacted Maverick, they explained I was out of warranty and that I would have to pay the minimum service call fee of $350 Excl GST just to come out and survey the problem. I fail to see how a problem with the installation is a warranty issue. This is not the way to treat a customer and I am very dissatisfied with this after sales service after I spent close to $4000 on the product.. Maverick should back their installation process and the door should never be able to come off the drum. This could have seriously hurt someone if they were standing under the door when this happened.Be that as it may I contacted Sydney Roller Doors who are coming to repair the problem for $150 plus GST. I am not even a customer of theirs yet they are charging less than half of the price of Maverick to fix Mavericks mistake. Very disappointed in Maverick and its after sales customer service..

Hi,I purchased Clear-view electric automatic roller products for the domestic use for my house. The roller products were installed in my house in July, exactly within 20 days, I found while rolling the shutter it got stuck inside and it’s not moving either way.Then waited until the service personnel arrived in a week and repaired. There might be some issue with the product quality itself.again in next 2 weeks the roller shutter stuck inside, not moving, means could be broken inside. That causes an unhappy situation for all household members.I requested the service to check the product quality and do necessary for fixing the problem as it has warranty.I have no further commitments as up now, how come it has 10 years warranty? I think they should return the money as I don have any confidence on their products. People should be careful. Thanks

Absolutely unprofessional and irresponsible . We had over 40 roller shutters installed & paid a huge sum of money . That was all fine , the staff were friendly ,however, the owner Damien was extremely rude and unprofessional. Now, when one shutter fell off the hinge on the side and collapsed to the ground without any obstructions at all they were baffled and unable to explain it logically , just blamed factors that were not applicable to the situation. They have handled the entire situation extremely unprofessionally and we certainly DO NOT recommend them . After sales service is pathetic . It is clearly a structural/installation issue and they are trying to get out of it without even explaining it logically.DO NOT GO WITH THIS UNETHICAL & UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY.

Very happy customer!We have 13 Maverick shutters that we have gotten installed over the past 7 years, most recently in March this year. Each time we have had consistent service from various technicians who are always happy to go above and beyond to get the job done to the highest standard. The price is definitely competitive and after sales service has been exemplary – very prompt and nothing is too much trouble. The product is of a high standard and has stood the test of time. Would absolutely recommend the team at Maverick. Two thumbs up!

Need proper shutters? Then look no further! Honest, down to earth without the phoney gimmicks or overkill sell! Second time we’ve used them and 5 stars don’t do them justice. We also recommended them onto others and they too weren’t disappointed!Can’t wait for stage 3 of our renovations!!!!

Had two shutters installed, one has lasted exactly 20 months and motor has blown due to extremely bad installation. Can’t open or close. Now they want me to pay for a replacement motor. Well we will see what the department of fair trading will say about that. Very bad service and products … do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.
