The slowest drivethrough I've had the displeasure of visiting, several 35-40min wait times, will never spend money here again even though we live 800 metres away. Last visit the chicken was dry and had little to no seasoning. Wait time in car was 35 minutes. When KFC was contacted via their website there was no reply. Do not waste your time and money at this store.

The food is fresh every time, delicious, and very important: the tables and the seats, the floor, ARE CLEAN, and everyone working there, is absolutely polite, and naturally smiling, it's making you hear all customers talking around: did someone said KFC ? Hm! I don't care

This store used to be good but now I wouldn't even eat it for free. That's how awful the chicken taste now. Ordered 8 hot and spicy pieces and received 6 wings and all of the chicken looks like 2 day old. Never going back there again.

Arriving in to drive thru around 1pm with only 2 cars in front of me was pleasing so when ahead and ordered a Dinner box with 10pcs chicken and 2 sides.As i drive in, not only the person on the speaker box sound uninterested she looks zoned out and shows no interest in serving when i come up on the window which i can't even hear her talk. Tried to engage a conversation with her to maybe make her more enthusiastic a bit with no luck or communication at all, passed me the machine to pay and shut the window without saying anything and no expression. Another lady was the one who organised and gave my order at the window(who looks like under training or new) opened the window pass the bag and shut it again. when I looked at the bag there's missing sides which i have to wait for them to get back to the window and asked for my side and same again passed the items and shut the window. It feels like I'm dealing with zombies in there which can't talk at all or a robot, which I guess robots can communicate better at least.We honestly have high appreciation with retail/food workers but this is not it communication is A MUST in this business which we get little to nothing at all.After arriving at home to our surprise BURNT chicken, how pleasant!(photo doesn't even justify how hard as a brick it was). We're all just to hungry at this point to even bother going back for replacement as we will be just greeted with the same lady who will just dead look at you emotionless when you talk to her.

Thay are advertising chicken 6 tenders on the TV for for 6.95 went to get some and the girl at the drive through said sorry we don't do specials here. So I had to pay full price. So I got the tenders Paying full price. went home to eat. As I was eating, The ad was on the TV again. KFC YOU ARE FALSE ADVERTISING. Shame on you.

Ordered a 3 piece box and told there’s a 7 minute wait for regular chicken. Park up and wait after paying. Order comes over after about 5 minutes and I leave. Get home and there’s no large chips. Are orders not checked before they leave the premises. Poor effort

First, I would like to express that this KFC IS NOT the KFC on THE PROMENADE known as Ellenbrook North. This IS the KFC on Gnagara Road known as KFC Ellenbrook.This store is under new management, and so far, they are doing a great job, rallying in the staff and making sure they are doing the correct thing with how a store should be run.There seems to be a few areas where they need to address a few things for customers to be completely satisfied, but it is starting to look like the store is turning back around to be the go to KFC in the area

Never get my order wrong.They can get very busy during dinner rushes and wait times can climb a fair bit but they also have an army of kids behind each station so even if you wait the orders rarely wrong!Front of house is kept very clean as are the amenities. The young girls who were at front of house tonight (11/10/18) at 7:30 dinner time were very friendly, always smiling and very attentive even if it was flat out busy. Manager/Owner should recognise.

The quality of chicken is so revolting! Had a take away order only to find out they gave all dark/ burnt dry and hard as rock chickem breading and skinDrive thru and front was very busy staff were chatting, singing and even one was dancing.. seriously ?????When are you going to teach these kids of what customer experience isHaving fun is okay but what i saw last night was over the topPeople are waiting for their food and this is what they would see and get on their foodChange your oil please!!! And watch out product if it is expired dont serve it
