I have a lot of pretty dresses and evening clothes that I wear for work - I’m a Celebrant and MC. Nearly every week Pattersons look after my clothes, cleaning and pressing them and giving them back to me like new. Always with a friendly chat and a smile. I’ve been going there for years and will continue to do so.

Went to pick up my clothes which were not ready which was okay , was told to wait 10min which was fine until he called me saying it's ready" with a quiet under his breath "arsol" . Very rude and disrespectful to customer' s who help him stay in business. I will be using the new dry cleaning business in Queen St

You could crack wall nuts on both the faces of the male and female that work here. (husband and wife i think) if your after service with a smile forget about coming here. I recently picked up my jacket and the receipt said 10am I was there at 9:20am, the lady said the docket says 10am, and when I asked how long the lady rudly pointed at the docket and said the docket say 10am and it will be ready at 10am. was expecting an answer more like, even-though it says 10am if you wait 10 to 15 min it might be ready. no customer service at all. wont be going back here.

Rip off... it's Campbelltown not Vaucluse. Came here out of desperation, normally take it to my local in Bondi $15 for 5 garments. This mob charges 5 for $27... First and last time. Rude man behind the counter.
