Were extremely good at communication at updated me how things are progressing and the couch is really cool.

Dropped into the store on a weekend. Spent about 45mins there where I was the only customer for the majority of time. 4 staff members were hanging around the front desk and would look over at me every now and then. However not one person came over to ask if I needed any help (I didnt need any help but usually someone would come over to chat at every other furniture store). Seems staff are there just to process transactions and not to provide any other customer service. You could probably save some staff costs by just having 2 people working then instead of 4.Update: the staff definitely were not other customers judging by the topics of conversations i overhead as I walked past. Maybe not all 4 were staff but mates of your staff that dropped by

Items are stunning, staff were great but Lounge lovers systems are hideous. I ordered & paid for stools which they said they'd hold, but then supplier discontinued the items and they sold mine to another customer. Tried to place others that show active on the site but are also discontinued. I've since had new ones delivered & they're great. Dining table is also great. Long lead times are happening depending where items are sourced (like everywhere) due to Covid lockdowns. Said I wouldn't buy from them again but prices are competitive.

Went into Carlton store and no other customers, but had to go over to get staff attention….. seems they’re more suited to call-centre work rather than customer-facing? Was ready to purchase, but told I had to pay for delivery for something I can carry out of the store myself….ridiculous.

We recently purchased a dinning setting from Lounge Lovers which has been a very satisfying experience. The sales staff were extremely friendly and courteous. They were able to assist us in making our choice. The delivery was on time and the two men that made the delivery were the equal of the sales staff. They delivered and assembled the setting and removed all of the rubbish. What was pleasing is that it was a wet morning and they were both particularly careful to clean their shoes before entering. A small thing but still very pleasing. Our total experience with Lounge Lovers has been first rate.

Stay away! Don’t ever purchase anything from Lounge Lovers full stop (online or in store.) I purchased a coffee table that was picked up from the warehouse. The item was faulty and missing parts so I sent emails to the customer service team and ended up lodging a return. I had to fight for the return to be considered a faulty return instead of a change of mind (as if I’m responsible for the faulty item given to me?) Quality control is clearly zero, not to mention the inconvenience of having to go out of your way to return the item back to the warehouse despite it missing pieces. I was informed the refund would take UP TO 48 hours to be processed. I didn’t hear anything for a whole week regarding my refund being processed. I have called a week later only to be told my refund has still not been processed and needed to be. escalated by customer service rep. Why am I being made to wait to receive my money back for a faulty item which I was inconvenienced in having to return originally? Would your company give out furniture to customers without them paying and be okay if they paid you 2-3 weeks later? The very fact that I have to chase up a refund I’m entitled to is horrendous. Absolutely pathetic and inept. Never order from this shocking business again.

The experience of buying our lounge could not have been better. From deciding on what we wanted to the delivery and assembly was amazing. There was constant communication from Jenny about when the lounge would be delivered and being able to track the delivery truck was excellent. The two drivers (Luke) were friendly, quick with the installation and respectful. Fantastic experience

The team at Lounge Lovers we’re great. Super helpful in store and very efficient with the delivery. The regular communications via email and text were fantastic as well, making sure we were up to date with what was happening. And we love the sofa too!
