I have been seeing Kat for my broken capillaries and medi facials and I’m so impressed with my results after just one session! Kat is always professional and extremely knowledgeable which puts me at ease knowing I’m in safe hands! All the girls in the clinic are always so happy and welcoming! I always leave in a good mood and it’s the highlight of my month visiting the clinic. Thanks to the ballarat team for always making my experience personal, effective, stress free and fun!

Customer service can improve.Won’t be going back.I’ve edited this comment in response to the reply.Maybe don’t call your customers to organise rescheduling appointments without saying that the money already paid is forfeited and disclose that the “new” appointment is going to be at a higher rate than previously agreed. Your customers don’t have your fine print in front of us when YOU call us. As far as I’m concerned you stole money from me. I don’t agree with the way you conduct your business.

Can’t rate my skin needling experience highly enough. I do them regularly with yellow LED combo and my milia is gone leaving me with a glowing skin. Bonus : the staff are warm and professional as well.

I have been buying the skincare products from here for a while now and they are great. I’m in my 40’s and needed to upgrade the quality of my skincare to improve the appearance of fine lines and pigmentation. The Environ products are worth the money. I’m very happy with the help and advice the staff have provided.
