I've just recently relocated to Dubbo. I've been to the NSW Service Centre 3 times and each time the staff have been fantastic. Very friendly, efficient and spot on with their knowledge. Service way beyond expectations. Well done to all the staff!!

They have a pretty good system set up so you don't have to wait so long. The staff try their hardest to help you out too. I have had a problem with some staff not fully explaining some paperwork I needed but it happens.

Very arrogant, privileged and incompetent staffers. Bureaucratic red tape gone mad!!! Don't really care about servicing customers, if this was a private sector business it would have gone bust! Alot of those employed in the public service would be better served at the back of the unemployment line.

ServiceNSW have brought in an excellent customer service system. Don't have to wait very long now to be served or have questions answered. Well done to the local staff and ServiceNSW for improving their service.

Wonderful customer service every time I visit the centre , just got bit disappointed when my driving license testing officer didn’t properly explain and discuss my test report to me. I was hoping for decent review and feedback so I could do better next time.

Dubbo service NSW great...polite well organised and very helpful. Had to sort out a lot of paperwork lately and we fastand effecient. Direct refunds to bank would make more sent thanks..

Really great quality and friendly service, very patient and will to go through all the possible avenues to get a small issue resolved! This is so much better than the original RTA system, highly recommend going here for anything related to roads and maritime
