After contacting Hugh for a quote on replacing and putting up a new pergola, he came onsite and took measurements and went away to work on the quote.After one week of no contact and also no response to a text message, I called him and he advised me that he couldn’t do the job because it was too far and he couldn’t bring the material he needed across.This could have been settled at the time of the quote by saying the job couldn’t be done but what’s worse is that no contact was made to me to follow up either way. You are running a business, be professional!
