The Body Shop

I came to the Morayfield store today looking for a specific body butter that I’ve not used for well over two years. The lady behind the counter was awesome, knowledgeable and showed me how to layer the scent by using both the body butter together with the perfume to make the scent last longer. I did end up buying both of the products and before I left the store I tried both the testers of both the body butter and the perfume and the smell together is seriously beyond amazing.It’s now been almost 6 hours and i can still smell both the perfume and the body butter on my skin.Excellent products, great value for money and the lady who served me at the Morayfield store was absolutely amazing. I will definitely be back to this store.

I recently came into The Body Shop Morayfield and was immediately Approached and kindly greeted by your sales assistant Shennel. After answering all of my questions i had about a certain product, she then showed me a few products that i would benefit from. Shennel did a skin test on my face and Provided a very detailed demonstration on how the products should be used. Not only was i blown away from her extensive product knowledge but her attitude and bubbly personality topped it, and closed the sale for me. Shennel did a fantastic job!! Thank you for making my day and making it a pleasure to shop at The body Shop!

Be careful with this store. The sales assistants are lovely, but one of the managers has their own version of the returns policy and won’t necessarily honour the Body Shop’s return policy. You may be better off going to a different store or buying online. If you have trouble with a particular manager, contact head office and they’ll help sort it out.

WOW!!! I’m so impressed with the customer service! Everyone is so kind and willing to give their time to you! (I know they get paid to do it, but it actually feels like they want to help you!) I was nice enough to be served by Jessica, she was so kind! She gave me a skin consultation and showed me some products that’ll treat my skin. She spent time with me, going through each product and listing how they would benefit my skin. She talked about the partition against animal testing and I loved how passionate she was. You could clearly see she loved her job! (She wasn’t being fake like some people are hehe) I really enjoyed my time there and now I know why people speak so highly of this company. I hope you get all 8 million (and more) counts for YES against animal testing, and I’ll see you in 2 months to get another wash cloth! ;)

I'm all about honest reviews, good or bad when they're needed.I could not speak more highly of Miriam, she was so informative on every product and spent the time to properly educate me on each product and how it works. Initially i went in with products already chosen out that i has just looked at online but after a proper skin test i ended up with all different products. 5 stars well deserved. Thanks Miriam

All of the staff are so beautiful and helpful. such a great shopping experience, i usually just go into this store to get gifts for people and the girls are always super helpful and have great knowledge of products! amazing, keep up the great work lovelies

Went in to Morayfield Body Shop after purchasing some skin care products recently. I had a problem with using this and went in for further advice and assistance. I was served by a lovely staff member Taylor who tested my skin and worked out a couple of different issues. She took the time and care (as too did the staff member I saw recently - problem was with my skin not the product) to find an alternative solution without any fuss and I was on my way. Very impressed with the friendly, courteous and competent way this was handled. Fantastic customer service!Thanks

Theres always beautiful loving caring staff here to always help & assist whenever needed. Store front is always welcoming & Inviting & always so fresh & clean. Love this store!! ♡♡♡♡
