Went to the coffs harbour branch this morning to help mum get a travel card the lady there was so super helpful and friendly very happy with the service thank you :)

We were dreading going in to change our car rego and our drivers licenses. But it wasn't too bad, apart from the older lady at the door who grumbled at us when we went to check in on screen as she was waiting in the doorway to check in with the person. Not sure how many times you have to say excuse me and did you want to check in before us...... Anyhoo. The services centre staff were helpful and pleasant and it didn't take long. Better than expected, Thanks.

From coming all the way from Kempsey to do a P’S test in coffs & being 5 minutes late to do a P’s test. The manager has stated I can not do it because she has already marked me as a no show and saying I am allowed to be 10 minutes late? But because she marked me as a no show I couldn’t do it after traveling from Kempsey because Kempsey doesn’t have anyone that is doing P’s test at the moment I had to go all the way to coffs just to get rejected because I was 5 minutes late?. I have asked if I could hang around to see if their would be available spots if no one else turnt up she has said no you would just have to reschedule for another two weeks. There was no refund given back or evan a transfer to another rta.1. Rude2. Disgusting management3. Wouldn’t recommend going here again!

Amazing experience! What a lovely, positive and helpful team. I brought my two little ones in with me and the staff entertained them the whole time while I was filling out the paperwork. The overall customer service is beyond expectation. Thank you !

Unfortunately had a very poor Customer Service experience yesterday at Service NSW Coffs Harbour. A senior staff person compared my legally changed name (changed over three decades ago, pre-internet) to the validity of having a dog's name on a Medicare card! Not impressed. This person also broke covid rules by walking up to me and standing over me at a distance of about 40cm (in an intimidating fashion). Perhaps a bit more staff training might assist?

A horrible place. A soulless bureaucracy with confusing rules and tormenting conditions. The customer is ALWAYS wrong and the masked zombies are always right according to themselves. This place is everything that’s wrong with the world.

Very disappointed in the service at this location, my son was soon to be of age for his Ls test , I made a trip to this service NSW and asked them if they were open on my son's birthday, she looked the date up and said yes they are open, I then proceeded to book online and parent was made, on arrival on the day of the pre booked test it was closed. The staff are lacking the knowledge and the online booking site is not correctly managed. Very disappointed for my son who has been waiting for this big day for a long time.

Quick service every time I go there without appointment. Staff is nice as well

Amazing service provided by our local services. Polite and friendly service, they where extremely busy, just needed an eye test for license, was taken straight through and tested. In and out in under 2 minutes. Well done!

There is about 600 staff members here but you will still have too wait to be served. 12 consoles but only 2-3 operating, rest of the staff just standing around bullying people and being rude. No wonder people get upset in thses type of places, the service is pathetic. the staff who work here are on a power trip (probably couldn't get into the armed forces or police and this is the next best thing). I'm glad I only have to visit these place once in a blue moon.
