Did extremely bad uneven eyebrows and then didn’t acknowledge or apologise for their mistake instead displayed very rude behaviour - I would never go there again and do not recommend anyone unless you want a bad job done. They denied completely of their mistake and demanded payment which is cash only - rip offs trying to save on tax as well.

Highly recommend this place if you enjoy uneven eyebrows, disproportioned nails, skin bleeding, rude customer service. I was a regular customer for years until their standards dropped and I had to take them to fair trading

Do not come here, their service is absolutely terrible, no respect for customers. They overbook themselves and leave customers waiting hours. Had a problem with one of their services and when I called in advance to fix it they still made me wait for an hour. Used to come here all the time, never coming back

Went in to get a manicure and pedicure. The lady who did my pedicure was rude and completely lost track of her work as she was doing my pedicure she started staring around the shop and not focusing on her job then she got hot stones and put them on my feet I had told her it's too hot she rolled her eyes and then put a hot towel and started hitting my feet really hard. Her attitude was disgusting and low. How can you have a shop and employ individuals who bring your business down? Paid $75 for what? Disgusting service and not a great job!All the workers spoke in their language and laughed no one bothered to make conversation with any of the customers.I don't recommend this place to anyone.

They did my nails great! Highly recommend!
