Before the Soul led business coaching program with Claire I felt like I was winging it with many parts of my business and was really looking for a way to learn all the necessary biz foundations in a way that felt structured, informative, inspiring and supportive. What I loved/learned about the program was that everything I needed was included in the program inc. biz structure, niche, marketing, mindset, content creation and so much more. As a result I now feel armed with all the knowledge, foundations, skills and mindset to go out there and make it happen for myself and my biz. Claire is also such a beautiful human who's so generous sharing her time, energy, knowledge and experience. This made the entire process fun, inspiring and motivating. I highly recommend Claire and this program to anyone in the early stages of their coaching/wellness biz as it includes everything you could possibly need to move forward in a positive way.

I have so much gratitude for the time I’ve had with Claire and the beautiful, creative & talented Coach that she is.We started working together on her 4 month Conscious CEO program after a referral from a highly friend & also former client and I had attended one of Claire’s workshops.I then slightly nervously signed up. My nerves were mostly around the financial commitment as a new biz owner barely 6 months in however Claire offered a payment plan and I knew I needed support to get out of “the weeds”.Working with my clients as a coach feels so natural & I’m in flow in contrast to my business “admin” and strategy - areas that have been a real struggle.We focussed on my time (a big issue) & boundaries with my personal life / family commitments & worked through a lot of limiting belief stuff that I thought I’d already worked through!!Additionally Claire’s resources & guidance have been so so helpful. I’ve never done life coaching or anything like it really before so I was quite skeptical. The idea of sharing all of my personal aspirations, fears and chaotic to-do lists with a complete stranger was quite intimidating! From my first session with Claire I felt like I was chatting with an old friend. Her warm personality is so comforting, even breaking through the barrier of sterile computer screens.The guidance she gave was so helpful in organising all of the elements of my life in a systematic way, for the short and long term. Together we analysed the importance of WHY in my decision making - Why do I want to pursue this goal, why is it important? She helped me understand how to take this ‘chaos’ and find a way to ground myself, take a step back and understand. Her language is so colourful and poetic, she uses the perfect metaphors and her seemingly infinite knowledge to give light on every topic. Thank you Claire for such a beautiful experience.

Before I started the Live with Intention and Purpose program with Claire, I was both overwhelmed and bored with my work and my life. I had an intensive coaching session with Claire which was immensely helpful! Before the session I felt overwhelmed, and like I couldn’t overcome that feeling from being so “busy” in my young business, which I almost identified with. What I loved about the session with Claire was that although I have been consciously aware of the thought patterns, beliefs, and behaviours that haven’t been serving me in life and in business, Claire was able to listen to my concerns and provide tangible solutions to overcome the “analysis paralysis”.
