Dan & Zeke from Carpet Direct did an amazing job on our sunroom floor. The floor base was not ideal for the vinyl we were getting laid but after a lot of extra effort by the boys to get it perfect it looks amazing! Very professional and would highly recommend Carpet Direct.

Work was done very efficiently and professionally. Guys didn't stop all day, and moved our job foward by a day as well. Would highly reccomend for floor work in Kempsey.

While the work was done efficiently, their business practices left a little to be desired. I obtained a quote 2-3 months before the work was done, paid the deposit, and immediately when the work was completed, paid the balance. Several days later received a phone call saying I had not paid the full amount. I had the invoice in my hand which showed I had paid up in full. It was stated that the invoice had changed to include something they forgot. I received another invoice, same number as before, but changed to now reflect for what they now said was missed. Fair trading would give them a serve for this.

Fantastic!!! So happy that I walked in the door!!! They will go above and beyond to help you out. Nothing was a problem. My floors look amazing!!! Make sure you visit them, you will not regret it!!!

Very appreciative of the work they completed at my house recently. The team worked with me to pick a suitable carpet, and to get the carpet installed at short notice. The work was done quickly and professionally. 10/10 would recommend in the future.
