I had a 8am appointment and he was a no show, I text him as I know he’s grooming dogs at 8:29 and asked if he was still coming. We had to be out. Our dog only gets washed and clipped as he is a short hair JR.I got an abusive phone call from him about moving cars.We have a narrow street with limited parking and if I move a car prior to his arrival with the neighbouring homes can be taken…

I won't have anyone else wash my fur baby again, Paul did an amazing job! I have a pug cross beagle with a long coat that sheds a LOT. It was a hot day and he asked if I'd like him clipped? Just amazing!! he looks so much better, cooler and happier, and he doesn't smell at all.I've used other washers, but never again, Paul is the absolute best price and quality. Do yourself and your fur baby a favour :)

used Paul twice, no problem with the wash and cut but probably the rudest person I have dealt with. Just seems to be looking for an argument where one doesn't exist. AVOID

What a disaster. Rude to my son on arrival and against specific instructions to confer with my adult son about the type of cut required, Paul unilaterally decided to give my thick coated groodle a no1 cut all over except for 2/3 of his tail. Absolute disgrace and would never recommend him to anyone.

DONT USE!! Paul is the rudest person I have ever met. He blocked me because I needed to reschedule. Trust me do not even try to deal with him you are wasting your time. He is so entitled and thinks the world revolves around him.
