Duncan & Moneita are simply amazing and very patient and caring Instructors. They both have decades of Martial Art training in a variety of Martial Art Systems both traditional and contemporary. Duncans Personal Training and Fitness qualifications and experience are exceptional. Together they form a team built for empowering students successfully in the areas of mental, emotional, physical and spiritual development. Any person would be fortunate to be taught by them!

My son absolutely loves the Karate lessons so much that I had to join him. Both kids and adult classes are well run, engaging and deliver a rewarding sense of achievement.
